Warehouse Associate - Fort Smith

Pay

$15/hr–$17/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in loading and securing their pick-up orders
• Unload and back stock merchandise
• Pull merchandise for outgoing deliveries from the warehouse
• Perform slight assembly of product for the showroom
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment by keeping the area organized and clean
• Dispose of trash and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items in the warehouse
• Must work weekends
• No prior experience required
• Basic materials handling skills
• Understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA standards
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks (training provided)
• Mechanical knowledge and heavy lifting capability are advantageous
• Willingness to learn inventory management and warehouse operations
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments depending on the season
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Must pass a drug test at all times, regardless of medical status (safety-sensitive position)
