Warehouse Associate - Food Manufacturing| 2nd/3rd Shift

About the role

At Rosina, our “warehouse” isn’t your typical warehouse—it’s the heartbeat of our production operation. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our lines running by ensuring raw materials are where they need to be and finished goods are ready to go out the door.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running by delivering raw materials and moving finished products
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Stage, label, and organize orders with accuracy
• Track inventory and transactions using our systems (Sage)
• Support production kitchens with needed supplies
• Auxiliary support for cycle counts and organized storage areas
• Perform equipment checks and keep your workspace clean and safe
• Follow all food safety and safety standards (USDA, OSHA, HACCP, PPE)
• Step in as needed to support the team and keep operations moving

Requirements

• 3–6 months of warehouse or similar experience
• Team player with strong communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Ability to operate or learn equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks (we’ll train you!)
• Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and active environments
