About the Role

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in our order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer orders while maintaining high standards for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer sales orders daily using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily performance quotas.
• Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly, ensuring all shipments meet company standards for accuracy and presentation.
• Document and communicate key shipment details, including serial numbers, tracking updates, and changes to shipping addresses.
• Count finished products to verify order completeness.
• Examine products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to meet productivity goals and quotas.
• Support cross-functional warehouse activities, including Receiving, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Operations, especially during peak periods or staffing needs.
• Communicate operational issues, inventory concerns, and process improvement opportunities to supervisors.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically capable of manual labor, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.
