• Pick, check, load, and ship products according to order specifications.
• Unload, sort, and organize tires in racks or bins following inventory procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including stock pickers and high-reach trucks.
• Use computers, tablets, and RF scanners for inventory and order management.
• Absorb and assist with inventory counts and support audits.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.

Warehouse Associates play a key role in ensuring that our products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, sorting and stocking tires, and fulfilling customer orders. The role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience: 1-2 years (Required)
• Cherry Pickers: 2 years (Preferred)
• Reach Truck Operators: 2 years (Preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while actively contributing to team success.
• Reliable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to lift, push, or carry items up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable with climbing, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Flexible and adaptable to cross-training in various warehouse functions.

Warehouse Associates must have warehouse experience, preferably with cherry picker and reach truck operations. They should demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. Additionally, they should be comfortable with physical demands and able to adapt to different roles within the warehouse.

Schedules

• Receiving & Inventory Teams: Typically Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, or until completion of work)
• Five-day/eight-hour shifts, with weekends off.
• Shipping/Order Fulfillment Team: Typically Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
• Four-day/ten-hour shifts (typically followed by three consecutive days off)

The schedules vary depending on the team. Receiving and Inventory Teams typically work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until the work is completed. Shipping/Order Fulfillment Teams work either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until the work is completed. These teams follow four-day/ten-hour shifts, with three consecutive days off.
