Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse, including to/from staging areas, racks, and storage bins.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, etc.).
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an automotive distribution or similar warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
