Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and deliver parcels weighing up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift.
• Process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers complete and schedule delivery drops at local communities.
• Complete fleet inspections, execute route inventory audits, and deliver a mix of small and oversized packages within scheduled windows to communities.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving.
• The ability to operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
