Responsibilities
- Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and deliver parcels weighing up to 150lbs
- Deliver parcels on assigned routes up to 60% of weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities
- Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
- Perform inventory audits and clean workspaces
- Assist delivery drivers with completing and scheduling delivery drops at local communities
- Complete fleet inspections and execute route inventory audits
- Deliver a mix of small and oversized packages within scheduled windows to communities
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus
- Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices
- At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions
