Warehouse Associate (Distribution Center)
About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate (DC Associate I) to join our team in Lewisville, TX. In this role, you’ll support daily distribution center operations across multiple functional areas including Receiving, Put Away, Order Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Special Programs. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, and attendance, while offering opportunities for cross-training and advancement.
Responsibilities
The role involves supporting various functional areas, including:
- Receiving: Verify incoming products and quantities, identify non-conforming materials and quality issues, complete required documentation, process receipts in the system, and perform cross-docking activities.
- Put Away: Confirm part numbers and quantities, store inventory in correct locations efficiently and accurately, identify and report discrepancies or damage, and update inventory locations in system.
- Order Picking: Accurately pick and count parts, verify part numbers and locations, and identify potential quality issues.
- Packing & Shipping: Verify part accuracy prior to shipment, package, label, and seal shipments properly, report any quality concerns, and prepare shipments and stack cartons neatly on pallets.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude, assisting with additional tasks as needed, supporting cross-training across departments, keeping work areas clean and organized, following all company policies and safety protocols, and reporting safety hazards immediately.
Requirements
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background screening

The role will involve using:
- RF scanners
- Conveyor systems
- Scales
- Label printers
- Shipping systems
- Other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Work Environment
The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse setting, with frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement. There is an emphasis on safety and operational excellence.

Pay and Schedule
The role offers a starting hourly rate of $18.00, with a 90-day performance review and a 1-year performance review. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10AM - 7PM, with a 1-hour lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
