Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver

About the role

Join one of the fastest-growing independently owned distributors in Northern California! We are seeking 2 full-time Warehouse Associate II to support our branch in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

• Pulling/picking tickets
• Restocking shelves correctly; maintaining bin locations and labels; returning stock to proper locations
• Auxiliary sales staff in locating parts
• Preparing orders for shipment by boxing and labeling items accurately
• Auxiliary drivers with backup delivery driving
• Operating forklift to move pallets and other heavy materials
• Keeping shipping area, warehouse aisles and walkway, pipe yard and parking lot clean and free of any safety hazards
• Auxiliary the sales counter associates on the sales counter when needed

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Basic computer skills
• Pass Forklift certification training
• Detail-oriented
• Receiving and putting away experience
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Ability to reach and stretch without personal injury
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Overtime may be required as needed
