Warehouse Associate - Days

Role Overview

Supports distribution services by verifying transportation, managing warehouse and logistics data, tracking shipments and inventory, and preparing operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions such as delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
• Ability to process routine operational activities, analyze basic data, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Support for continuous process improvements.
• Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay starting at $24.66/hr, with potential up to $28.23/hr, including shift differentials and bonuses.

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
