About the role

Responsibilities
- Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
- Verifying merchandise against shipments, inspecting for defects, and reporting discrepancies.
- Stocking shelves, assembling orders, entering data into systems, and managing returned items.
- Performing daily inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and assisting with inventory procedures.
- Operating forklifts and motorized equipment for inventory movement.
- May train new associates and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience and ability to work in climate-controlled environments.
- Strong reading and understanding of English, dependability, and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform manual tasks.
- Preferred: Warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanning equipment.
Pay
Competitive pay starting at $19.50/hr, with opportunities up to $24.79/hr including incentives and bonuses.
