Role Overview: Supports distribution services within the logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsible for updating systems, tracking fleet activity, preparing documentation, and resolving routine operational issues. Key Responsibilities Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support product movement.Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to ensure schedule adherence.Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for accurate processing.Review and resolve routine exceptions related to deliveries, returns, and inventory discrepancies.Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required.2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, inventory control, or related fields.Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems.Ability to analyze data, maintain accurate records, and support continuous process improvements.Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.Preferred: Certification such as CSCP.
