About the role

Join a dynamic team supporting distribution services in the US, focusing on warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information for accurate product movement.
• Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
• Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to ensure schedule adherence.
• Preparing dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing.
• Reviewing routine exceptions such as delivery issues, returns, and inventory discrepancies.
• Confirming handling and storage requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or related fields.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, and logistics documentation.

Skills

• Ability to process operational activities, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification.
