Responsibilities Include Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.Preparing dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for accurate transaction processing.Reviewing routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED required.2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems.Ability to process operational activities, analyze basic data, and resolve issues.Strong record-keeping, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
