Warehouse Associate - Day Shift

About the role

Join a team supporting distribution services in the US, focusing on warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
• Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
• Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
• Preparing dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for transaction processing.
• Reviewing routine exceptions such as delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
• Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
• Ability to process routine operational activities, analyze data, and support issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Preferred: Certification in Supply Chain or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting at $24.66/hr with potential increases, sign-on bonus of $2,000, and comprehensive wellness programs.
