Warehouse Associate - Day Shift

Role Overview: Supports warehouse operations within a distribution environment, ensuring accurate product movement, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Responsible for processing inbound, outbound, and internal activities, preparing shipments, reconciling inventory discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and investigating handling issues to maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Process warehouse activities to support product movement and order accuracy.Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet dispatch requirements.Reconcile inventory variances and monitor stock conditions.Investigate damaged shipments and operational exceptions.Maintain accurate documentation of shipment status and inventory updates. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree or related certification preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory management.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipment handling, safety, and recordkeeping.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
