About the role
Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate on day shift, who aids in the preparation of shipments and/or receipt of product.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ware for shipment
- Prepare ware for storage in warehouse
- Maintain an accurate account of inventory
- Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
- Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Prior warehouse experience
- High attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and ability to learn
- A positive attitude and contributions to a positive team culture
- Self-motivation; reliability, with strong initiative and results orientation
- Safe work practices
- Computer literacy
Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through warehouse environment
Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail

Pay
IL Base Pay Range: $19 USD - $22 USD
