About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate on day shift, who aids in the preparation of shipments and/or receipt of product.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare ware for shipment
- Prepare ware for storage in warehouse
- Maintain an accurate account of inventory
- Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
- Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
- Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn
- Has a positive attitude and contributes to a positive team culture
- Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
- Models safe work practices
- Is computer literate
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through warehouse environment
Pay
IL Base Pay Range: $19 USD - $22 USD
