Warehouse Associate (D)

About the role

Muscle Foods USA, a nationwide wholesale distributor of sports nutrition and health products, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role ensures the timely and accurate completion of order processing, including picking, checking, packing, receiving, and possible delivery of work orders.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Pick, pack, load, and ship items to customers, ensuring accurate processing of customer orders.
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
• Operate a forklift or cherry picker if certified (certification may be required as part of job responsibilities).
• Note: Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

Requirements

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds routinely and 70 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand 100% of the time.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening (company maintains a drug-free workplace).
