Warehouse Associate - Coraopolis, PA
About the role
You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive and track shipments
- Load and unload merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools and equipment
- Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise
- Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times
- Tag and label merchandise
- Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type
- Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
- Prepare all orders for shipment
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
- Represent the company in a respectful and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous working experience in a warehouse environment
- Hands‑on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in English
- Able to pass background check
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Great physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle a fast‑paced environment

Physical/Mental Demands
The role requires the ability to stand for several hours, walk, reach, bend, stoop, stretch, lift, push, transport, and move up to 50 pounds, as well as to talk and hear. Manual dexterity and visual acuity are needed to operate standard warehouse equipment such as computers, telephones, pallet jacks, forklifts, and copiers. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
