Warehouse Associate/CLB Driver- PM Shift

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Off Loader/Class B Commercial Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. This role involves safely operating company CDL vehicles, maintaining them, and performing tasks such as off-loading trucks, emptying shred bins, and working in a shred plant.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company CDL vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Off Load the Truck from the morning deliveries
• Emptying the Shred Bins
• Working a Shred Plant

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

• Monday - Friday Start Time is 4:00pm-12:00AM
• Rate: $26.92-30.28 per hour. Depending on Experience
• Plus Shift Differential pay of .50 Cent
