The Role
You'll own key warehouse functions in a fast-paced distribution environment:
- picking and packing high-volume customer orders with precision
- handling specialized industrial products (pipe fittings, flanges, valves, and related PVF inventory)
- operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- building and staging pallets for shipment
- maintaining organized inventory systems
- cycle counting
- keeping operations running lean and clean
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on warehouse or distribution experience
- Forklift certification or experience required
- Experience with order picking, packing, or shipping preferred
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work at a steady pace
- Proven attendance and dependable work history
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Safety-conscious, focused, and efficient work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
