Warehouse Associate - Boynton Beach, FL

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Romeoville warehouse facility. This position is located on‑site in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines
• Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads

• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend at the waist and knee, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience required
