Warehouse Associate - Bellevue

About the role

North Coast Electric offers electrical products and services to contractors across Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Washington. As a Warehouse Associate you will help bring electricity to offices, homes, factories, and other buildings while working in a supportive culture with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Accurately fill and check customer orders
• Ship and receive products
• Load and unload trucks
• Stock shelves
• Cut wire
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Commitment to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Personal and professional vision of success in teamwork
• Self‑motivated problem solver in a team environment
• Positive attitude, willingness, and desire to improve skill level
• Ability to learn use of handheld scanners and operating systems
• Detail‑oriented
• Complete EDGE training within the first 30 days of employment
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Successful completion of pre‑employment requirements (background check, drug screening, credit check, motor vehicle record review as applicable)

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Use of forklifts and stock pickers
• Warehouse environment

Work Environment

• Usual 40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday
• Occasional evening and weekend hours based on business needs
• Regular and reliable on‑site attendance required

Pay

Non‑exempt position eligible for overtime. Pay is $21.00 – $23.99 per hour, depending on experience.
