Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner (orders range from small boxes to pallets).
• Receive and store inventory safely and correctly.
• Perform regular cycle counts.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
• Drive company trucks in compliance with traffic laws, speed limits, and safety protocols.
• Provide associates with solutions or appropriate contact information for problems; report customer opportunities and issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Load and unload materials accurately, efficiently, and safely using proper equipment (e.g., forklift) and body mechanics.
• Receive, check-in, and verify deliveries, pickups, and returns for quality and quantity.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut safely using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by sweeping floors, removing trash, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, push carts, and rolling ladders.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to unload material at customer sites, including heavy and bulky items.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.
