Warehouse Associate

Role: Support warehouse operations within distribution services, focusing on temperature-sensitive materials. Responsibilities Monitor storage and shipment conditions to ensure product integrity.Update inventory records, warehouse transactions, and shipment documentation for traceability.Identify and handle damaged, non-conforming, or on-hold materials following established procedures.Coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment for efficient flow.Prepare packaging and shipment areas for outbound logistics.Escalate handling or inventory issues to support timely resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; CSCP certification preferred.Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or inventory control roles.Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.Understanding of inventory control, cold chain handling, and shipment documentation.Proficiency in safe material handling, warehouse equipment use, and recordkeeping.Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and work with temperature-sensitive materials.
