Warehouse Associate
About the role
The Distribution Center Warehouse Associate will assist the Distribution Center Supervisor in supporting the assigned Division Operations team by handling shipping and receiving, maintaining consumables and supplies, handling building maintenance, and participating as needed in Lean events, 6S, and Inventory Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Examine deliveries for damage.
- Review Bill of Ladings and packing slips for accuracy.
- Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials (bulk cases, any incoming count for correctness) against bills of lading and document any discrepancies.
- Notify on-site supervisor of any discrepancy in material or documentation.
- Route incoming goods to the proper departments.
- Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels.
- Ensure accuracy when picking product.
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts.
- Perform light building maintenance throughout facility as need or instructed.
- Remove snow/ice from parking lots, sidewalks and steps as needed.
- Keep warehouse neat, clean, and organized.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with shipping and receiving preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Organized self-starter.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions related directly to job functions.

Pay
The approximate salary range (or hourly pay) for this position is $21-$23 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM (Full-Time)
