Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to track inventory and order status.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipment.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Absorb damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or operational concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to complete a background check if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
