Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you would be responsible for the following:
- You will perform the daily functions of preparing, packing and shipping customer orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- You will be cross-trained on other functions of our shipping department (e.g. packing slip/BOL creation, UPS shipping) as required to support the overall team effort of the Logistics Department.
Required Qualifications
- Motivated, independent, self-starter, able to think on your feet. Willing to take on new responsibilities and grow.
- A High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.
- Warehouse experience or similar environment.
- Experience working on a computer, comfortable with some with data entry.
- A detail oriented person willing and able to contribute to a winning team effort.
- Able to read and write English
Physical Requirements and Duties
- Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk - repeat motion.
- Ability to stand for 85% of a work shift.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. at a time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience a plus, but not necessary
- Experience Stocking in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with both Shipping and Receiving in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with both Picking and Packing in a warehouse environment.
