Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
• Verify order accuracy through quality inspections
• Auxiliary tasks such as cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequently use hands to handle, grasp, and move products
• Bend, squat, reach, kneel, and climb as needed
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
