About the role
The Warehouse Associate performs the required daily warehouse duties to ensure quality products are provided to our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing mobile handheld devices and web-based applications adhering to individual requirements of multiple client-specific needs across multiple inventory locations and types while maintaining a high standard for accuracy and proficiency.
- Accurately collate, assemble, label, and put away kits, while ensuring our products meet quality standards.
- Clearly and accurately mark, barcode, and label stock.
- Safely operate equipment used daily, including but not limited to, heat shrink machines, manual/electric pallets jacks, utility carts, and ladders of multiple heights.
- Safely and accurately load and unload pallets of product.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
- Perform daily warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to stand/work on feet for majority of workday.
- The ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50lbs and climb ladders.
- Excellent attendance and dependability.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices a plus.

- Must comply with pre-employment requirements including successfully passing a background check.
