Warehouse Associate
VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing the business succeed. We handle key operations of order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States, providing coverage to all 50 states.
About the role
The purpose of this job is to support and improve production in the warehouse. This includes regular maintenance of machines and parts, upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with team members. This role is onsite at our Phoenix, AZ warehouse and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor & Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed departmental expectations
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Load outbound trailers
- Pick up cardboard and fill compactor
- Fill in as needed to maintain production in a “positive” state
- Operate floor scrubbers, sweep, and perform other warehouse cleaning tasks
- Use pallet jacks to move machines to proximal locations
- Break down pallets of machines into smaller cases of 4 to 5 machines
- Work overtime as needed, including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings
- Be available to come in early or stay late to support business needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with diverse team members
- Set a positive example through attendance and time management
- Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives
- Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills
- Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals
- Assist with other departmental functions upon request
- Keep work areas tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to function independently and as part of a team
- High school education
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for a majority of the day
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 15 lbs
- Ability to lift boxes up to 35 lbs (for CPAP Utility Associates)
- Visual abilities including reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision
Schedule
Semi-Full-time, Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
