Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Receiving, inspecting, and verifying orders for quality and accuracy.
- Pulling, packing, and replenishing inventory to meet fulfillment targets.
- Supporting outbound shipping and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operating Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Adhering to safety standards and protocols in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with PIE equipment and high-volume warehouse operations is advantageous.
