About the role

Tri State Distributors is seeking a dependable full-time Warehouse Associate for its Wetumpka, AL branch. The ideal candidate will have experience handling inbound and outbound freight, order picking, packing, loading, and accurately putting away merchandise.

Founded in 1983, Tri State Distributors serves the LP gas, HVAC, and Manufactured Housing industries across the southeastern United States, emphasizing fair, dependable, and courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Labeling and processing all inbound and outbound freight
• Using UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping methods
• Pulling orders from shelves with accuracy and speed
• Maintaining orderly paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Meeting company accuracy standards
• Working in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
• Operating material handling equipment safely
• Lifting up to 100 pounds

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer service skills
• Forklift experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
