Warehouse Associate

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for an immediate opening in Davenport, IA. This position will be located at the CST Tri-Venture Warehouse. The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse and field operations by receiving, organizing, maintaining, staging, and delivering tools, equipment, and materials. This position helps maintain accurate inventory, orderly storage areas, and safe, efficient warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate works closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and field teams to respond to changing material and equipment needs. Essential Duties Receive incoming tools, equipment, materials, and other deliveries and verify shipments for accuracy, quantity, and conditionLoad and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles safely and efficientlyPick, stage, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials for delivery to construction projects and field teamsLabel, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locationsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventoriesTrack tools and equipment entering and leaving the warehouseInspect returned tools and equipment for damage, missing components, or maintenance needsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safelySecure loads and prepare tools, equipment, and materials for transportationAssist with local deliveries and material pickups as neededMaintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, staging, and loading areasCommunicate inventory shortages, damaged materials, safety concerns, and other issues to the Warehouse CoordinatorFollow established safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipmentAssist with general warehouse, facility, and yard maintenance This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM -3:30 PM. Occasional changes to the work schedule may be required as job duties demand. Education And Experience Required High school diploma or GEDValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Experience Forklift experience or certification (Preferred)Previous warehouse, construction, electrical, industrial, logistics, or material-handling experience (Preferred)Experience using inventory or warehouse-management systems (Preferred)Familiarity with construction tools, electrical materials, or industrial equipment (Preferred)Experience pulling trailers or completing commercial deliveries (Preferred)Class B CDL or willingness to obtain one (Preferred) All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and reference check.
