Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Fulfillment (Pulling orders)
- Quality Control
- Shipping (UPS/FedEx & Freight)
- Deliveries, as a backup
- Warehouse (Building) Maintenance
- Inventory Maintenance
- Unloading inbound trucks
- Loading our delivery trucks
- Issue Resolution (Vendors/Freight Companies/Customers)
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
- Strong experience working as a warehouseman.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
- A High School diploma or equivalent required; or a combination of equivalent training, education, and relevant work experience.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Effective team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Ability to interact professionally and constructively with employees at all levels, supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in construction/safety supply is preferred.
- Forklift certified/ experience.
Physical Requirements
- Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment.
- Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
- Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.
- Able to lift & carry items up to 50 lbs. On occasion 65lbs+.
