About the role

Dart Machinery is seeking a Warehouse Associate for first shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work procedures are being followed, and expedite workflow
• Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Receive, unload, and place incoming material
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Conduct physical inventory
• Troubleshoot errors to eliminate the possibility of recurring
• Contribute to the daily output of the department
• Communication and teamwork within and outside the department
• Follow company safety protocol

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED desired
• 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Prior automotive manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
• Hilo experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience with UPS and FedEx operating systems (preferred but not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
• The noise level in the work environment is usually high
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
• Personal protective equipment is required including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
