Warehouse Associate

About the role

Fetch is a venture‑backed company redefining multifamily living through services such as Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. The Warehouse Associate helps maintain a safe warehouse environment, processes packages, picks driver routes, performs inventory audits, cleans workspaces, and assists delivery drivers with scheduling and completing drops at local communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment in the warehouse.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages.
• Pick and organize driver routes.
• Perform inventory audits.
• Clean and organize workspaces.
• Assist delivery drivers in completing and scheduling delivery drops at apartment communities.
• Operate hand‑activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move parcels, including items up to 150 lb using material equipment or team lift.
• Physical ability to crouch, kneel, and stand throughout shifts.
• Close, distance and peripheral vision, and depth perception for fulfillment tasks.
• Proficiency with smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• Strong verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Desire to help others and work as a team player.
• Former warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$17 – $17 per hour.
