Warehouse Associate

Immediate Supervisor: Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Owner.

Position: Exempt / Non‑Exempt / General.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and distributing all necessary equipment and fleet at the designated warehouse location.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Conduct physical equipment and fleet counts and reconcile them with the data storage system.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Produce reports and statistics regarding all equipment as requested.
• Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Represent the company and provide information and assistance to internal and external customers.
• Perform a wide range of warehouse duties for assigned functions or program areas; duties may be complex and involve access to confidential information.
• Maintain zero asset losses and communicate any losses, damage, or information promptly to meet customer and company expectations.
• Keep outside storage areas free of packing materials and litter.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
