About the role

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate/HVAC Delivery Driver who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly. This role primarily focuses on delivering materials to job sites, with warehouse support responsibilities when not making deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver HVAC materials and equipment to job sites, customers, and technicians
• Ensure timely and professional deliveries while representing the company well in the field
• Receive incoming orders from vendors and verify materials received or backordered
• Assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
• Perform inventory checks and help stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles for safety and cleanliness
• Support technicians and office staff with material needs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
• Strong communication and basic customer service skills
• Experience driving a 16' box truck or similar vehicle preferred
• Experience delivering to construction or job sites preferred
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required
• HVAC or construction industry exposure is helpful, but not required
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment

Pay

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
