Warehouse Associate

About the role

When SwimOutlet customers place an order, we ensure that orders are pulled quickly and packed with care. This requires warehouse associates to be swift and accurate—no prior warehouse experience is needed. The most important characteristics of our warehouse team are valuing diversity and treating each other with respect. We work collaboratively to help people live healthier lives through sports and fitness.

Warehouse Associates are self-starters, organized, and maintain a positive attitude. Success is measured by swiftness, accuracy, and positive customer reviews.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Use touch screen devices efficiently and accurately
• Pull and pack customer orders with speed and care
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
• Continual standing and/or walking without limitations up to 10 hours daily
• Work in a warehouse/distribution environment that may be noisy, unheated, and not air-conditioned

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Monday - Friday: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Pay

$15.00 an hour
