Warehouse Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventorying Assets: Accurately catalog and maintain records of assets.
• Creating Listings: Develop detailed and appealing listings for assets, ensuring accurate descriptions and photos. When assigned this task, you are expected to complete 15–20 listings per day.
• Supporting Warehouse Operations: Assist with unloading and organizing inventory.
• Customer Interaction: Facilitate customer pickups and ensure a seamless experience.
• Packaging and Shipping: Manage packaging and shipping requests efficiently and accurately.
• Recycling: Assist with regular recycling runs to dispose of materials properly.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers promptly.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Education

• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License (Required)

Job Location & Details

Salt Lake City, Utah
Work Location: Mazree Warehouse
Shift: 5 days a week. We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-3:30 PM
Expected hours: 25
Job Type: Part-time with the possibility of Full-Time in the future.

Work Environment

This role is performed in a warehouse setting and involves a combination of physical and administrative tasks. Regular activities include standing, walking, bending, twisting, and light lifting of materials. The position also requires routine use of a computer for recordkeeping and inventory management.
