Warehouse Associate

About the role

This position is responsible for all warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & inspection of all deliveries
• Use computer/internet based system to accurately receive, inventory & ship equipment
• Communicate via email/teams/phone (if required) with other departments inside Singer Kittredge
• Accurately pick equipment from warehouse based on provided documentation and assemble/build correctly for delivery to construction sites
• Follow warehouse safety regulations
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks (forklift & pallet jack)
• Perform work under general supervision
• Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience
• Teamwork
• Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply career fields (bonus)
