Warehouse Associate

About the role

Signal Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role involves supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately received, processed, and shipped on time. The position requires close collaboration with leadership and team members to maintain efficiency, uphold quality standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow with a collaborative team.

Hours

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Verify shipments and ensure all documentation is correct
• Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory
• Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts
• Process customer and vendor returns, including inspections and documentation
• Prepare and ship transfer orders to Amazon Fulfillment Centers
• Inspect products for damage or defects and coordinate next steps with leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure shipping supplies are stocked and available
• Use reporting tools to support inventory and shipping efficiency
• Take on additional projects as needed

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Able to stay positive and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Prior warehouse experience (1+ year)
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
• Comfort using warehouse systems and technology
• Preferred: Experience with NetSuite and RF Forklift and/or Hazmat certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the day, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and reach
• Ability to climb ladders and move throughout the warehouse

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)
