About the role

The Outbound Warehouse Associate will unload, pick, pack, ship, and move both case quantities and less-than-case quantities of product. This role ensures accurate and efficient shipping to customers while maintaining proper inventory levels. Daily tasks may vary based on shipping priorities and warehouse needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
• Execute detail-oriented work to ensure correct items and quantities are picked and shipped in good condition
• Follow directions accurately and learn new procedures quickly
• Use basic math and reading skills, with strong oral communication
• Collaborate effectively in a team with a positive attitude
• Demonstrate reliability, a solid work ethic, and take pride in work
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and bending for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 pounds

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM

Pay

Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
