Responsibilities

• Load and unload household goods from trucks and trailers
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure items are properly protected and stored
• Scan items into and out of storage using the warehouse management system
• Stack, organize, and handle cargo in wooden vaults
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Aid with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience in a moving industry is a plus
• Experience working with wooden vaults preferred
• Able to lift at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule availability
• Reliable ability to commute to 4555 W Grand Ave, Chicago
• Forklift certificate is a big plus

Schedule

• Morning shift: 6am-3pm
• Afternoon shift: 11am-7pm
• Hours may vary and weekends availability is required

Pay

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour
