Warehouse Associate

Richardson Sports is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. We supply the team market and are recognized as a leader in the team sports industry, delivering performance-inspired caps and headwear since 1970.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision
• Assist with inbound deliveries and unload shipments
• Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Communicate with warehouse leadership to improve operations
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse
• Stay flexible and ready to assist where needed

Requirements

• High school graduate education or GED
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Forklift operation experience preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and background check.

Pay

$16–$17/hour (based on experience)
