About the Role
Richardson Sports is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. If you have the drive to pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and maintain focus, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision
- Assist with inbound deliveries and unload shipments
- Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Communicate with warehouse leadership to improve operations
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Stay flexible and ready to assist where needed
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting
