We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have job description: Company Overview, Job Summary, Responsibilities & Duties (list), Qualifications (list), Other (background check, driver's license, EEO), Salary Description. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe company overview + job summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe qualifications? Actually they have Requirements heading with responsibilities & duties; but we need to separate responsibilities and qualifications. The posting has "Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:" then list. Then "Qualifications" list. Then "Other" includes background check, driver's license, EEO. Salary Description. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should drop the EEO line. Also drop "All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check" maybe keep as it's substantive? It's a requirement but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a condition of employment; could keep but it's not a list. Might keep as a short paragraph under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can put that in a short p. Also "Valid Driver's License is required" is a requirement. We need to include Pay section because salary description given: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. Benefits? Not mentioned. Omit. Skills? Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer but we should not invent. So omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role (company overview + job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and other requirements?), Qualifications? Actually we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings in the posting. We could map: Responsibilities section from the list under RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES. Requirements section could include the qualifications list (previous warehouse experience preferred, etc.) plus other requirements (driver's license, background check). Or we could have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine qualifications into Requirements. But we have both headings in the posting; we could keep both if they have substantive content. Let's see: Requirements heading currently is used for responsibilities list; but we need to follow instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should follow those headings exactly. So we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay. Possibly also Others? Not needed. Thus we need to map content: - About the role: combine Company Overview and Job Summary. - Responsibilities: the list under RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES. - Requirements: maybe the list under Qualifications? Actually Qualifications heading is separate. But we need both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We could put the "Previous warehouse experience preferred..." list under Qualifications. And Requirements could contain the other items: Valid Driver's License, background check, willingness to participate in after-hours, ability to lift 50 lbs, forklift certification preferred, etc. However the Qualifications list also includes forklift certification, ability to lift, etc. Let's examine: Qualifications list: - Previous warehouse experience preferred - Restoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery, or related experience preferred - Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced - Forklift certification or experience preferred - Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation - Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments Other: - All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check - Valid Driver's License is required - Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines (remove) Thus we can split: Requirements could contain the mandatory items: Valid Driver's License required, background check contingency, maybe also ability to lift 50 lbs? But that's also in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we need to decide. Better: Use Requirements for the mandatory items (driver's license, background check, willingness to participate after-hours, ability to lift 50 lbs, forklift certification preferred? Actually that's preferred). Qualifications for the preferred/experience items. But we must not invent content; we just need to allocate existing content. Let's create: Responsibilities: the list. Requirements: - Valid Driver's License is required. - All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check. - Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. - Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation. - Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments. Qualifications: - Previous warehouse experience preferred. - Restoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery, or related experience preferred. - Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced. - Forklift certification or experience preferred. - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Check for duplication: "Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation" appears in Qualifications list; we moved it to Requirements. That's okay as it's a requirement? It's listed under Qualifications but we can treat as requirement. It's not duplicating if we remove from Qualifications. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information; we can move it but must not lose it. So we keep it somewhere. Similarly "Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds" appears in Qualifications; we moved to Requirements. That's okay. "Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments" appears in Qualifications; we moved to Requirements. Now Qualifications list left: previous warehouse experience preferred, restoration mitigation etc preferred, willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced, forklift certification or experience preferred, reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Check if any other info: The job summary: "The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, material staging, deliveries, and order fulfillment. This role will also support emergency restoration services and assist with mitigation projects as business needs require. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn both warehouse and restoration operations. Previous restoration, mitigation, construction, or related experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This position may require occasional after-hours emergency response work, which includes additional compensation opportunities. Candidates should be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments." We need to incorporate that into About the role maybe. Thus About the role: combine Company Overview and Job Summary. Now Pay: Salary Description $17.00 - $22.00 per hour. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include any markdown fences. Let's craft:

We omitted Benefits, Schedule, Skills. Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO line. Good. Check for duplicate content: We moved some items from Qualifications to Requirements; ensure we didn't lose any. Let's verify all original items: Original Qualifications list: - Previous warehouse experience preferred -> in Qualifications. - Restoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery, or related experience preferred -> in Qualifications. - Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced -> in Qualifications. - Forklift certification or experience preferred -> in Qualifications. - Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds -> moved to Requirements. - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic -> in Qualifications. - Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation -> moved to Requirements. - Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments -> moved to Requirements. Other: - All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check -> in Requirements. - Valid Driver's License is required -> in Requirements. - Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines -> removed (boilerplate). All substantive info preserved. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus final HTML fragment.
