Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Absorb and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Absorb and assist with assembly, packaging, or light production activities as needed.
• Cook with purchasing, supply chain, and customer service teams to support operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
• Maintain accurate and organized work practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse and inventory systems.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 17 - 23 USD per hour(Main Office)
